Schedule
4:00PM - Arrival
Enjoy coffee, tea and light bites as you settle in.
4:25PM - Ceremony
Our vows will be shared in the Spiegelzaal (Grand Hall).
5:00PM - Celebrations
An hour to raise a glass, mingle with one another, and take photos.
6:00PM - Dinner & Party
3-course meal, cake, & good company. Then we hit the dance floor -- let's make it a night to remember! :)
Travel & FAQs
What's the weather like?
Autumn in The Netherlands is crisp and golden. Expect temperatures in the 50s (15° C). The wedding is indoors, but feel free to bring a light jacket for the evening.
May I bring a guest?
Yes, but please indicate any guest(s) in the RSVP.
Seating is assigned, so if any plans change, please re-submit the RSVP.
Deadline is September 15, 2025.
How to get to the venue?
Getting to Slot Zeist from Amsterdam is a 30 minute drive, or 45 minutes by train. Amsterdam Schiphol is the closest airport if you are flying into the country.
Where to stay?
We recommend booking a hotel in Amsterdam, Utrecht, or Zeist. The venue is easily accessible from all these locations via train or Uber.
What to wear?
Elegant and classy attire.
Men: Suit/Tie (no tuxedos).
Women: formal/evening dress, any color is okay! (just no white, please)
What else?
- The wedding ceremony will be in-the-moment & unplugged
